The reason why erythritol is my favorite sweetener is that/in short/ it is a natural sugar alcohol derived from corn, and its molecules are too big to enter the bloodstream but activate the receptors for sweetness in the mouth. It dissolves in the water perfectly.

I love their erythritol, I use it in my products. There is a reason erythritol is the second most expensive sweetener after monk fruit. But unlike monk fruit and stevia, it does not have an aftertaste. Hence the price is probably the highest of all-natural sweeteners but it worth every penny!
