Keto Matrix (TM) - The Program

 

WELCOME to a new world of foods with no artificial and industrial enhancers, just pure good food! What more? We created a low-carb/keto program to help people lose weight and get rid of Diabetes type 2, and much more! 

 We cooked the dishes, so you don't have to!

We cook the dishes, and then we "shock-freeze" them to retain the valuable ingredients so you can enjoy 28 whole meals rich in minerals and vitamins, and most importantly: "TASTY".! We cooked all the foods where possible with olive oil at a temperature, not more than 150 degrees Celsius to not only preserve the benefits of the high-grade olive oil but also to minimize the acidic effect food is known to create sometimes. When freezing dishes, one can take advantage of the seasonal ingredients more than cooking out of season, as well! It is also the safest way to store food without the need to add preservatives!

 We control the calories and the carbohydrates, so you don't have to!

We have devided the dishes into 4 categories: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. We have limited the meat in all dishes to make sure that you don't eat too much protein and get out of ketosis, or end up with a serious problem like kidney issues or gout disease. If you have any of these ilnesses you must ask your physician to oversee your diet!

The base program is built on the assumption that you are with a BMI over 25 (i.e. overweight) Here is a link to compute:  BMI Calculator. If you are under BMI 25, you can still use the program, just cut the snack from the menu, or any dish that is 100-150 calories alone.

Keto MatriX (TM) Program : WЕЕК 1

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Allow at least 3 but not more than 4 hrs between meals. The ideal is 4 hrs between meals and at least 3L of water all day long, if over 90kg you have to get to 4L a day during the first month, then you can drop down to 3L.

DAY №1 :

Breakfast №11 egg + 25g bacon+ 5g ghee butter (you can buy from here), cooked any way you like, and one slice of our Keto Bread (you can buy from here) with 5g of regular butter

Lunch №1: Keto Beef Curry 350g (you can buy from here)

Snack №1: Keto Sweet n' Soft Cookie (you can buy it from here)

If you have Thyroid issues, or similar issues that need more Selenium, substitute the snack with 2 candies from our Selenium Chocolate (you can buy it from here) Do not consume more than 2 Brazil Nuts per day on average!

Dinner №1: Sauerkraut Dolmas with cauli rice & wild mushrooms 350g (you can buy from here)

DAY №2 : 

Breakfast №2: 1 portion of 80g the Keto Cheese Pie (you can buy from here)

Lunch №2: Hot  Keto Buffalo Wings 350g (you can buy from here)

Snack №2: Chocolate Glazed Cake (you can buy from here)

If you have Thyroid issues, or similar issues that need more Selenium, substitute the snack with 2 candies from our Selenium Chocolate (you can buy it from here) Do not consume more than 2 Brazil Nuts per day on average!

Dinner №2: Rizotto with cauliflower and wild mushrooms 300g (you can buy from here) + 1 slice of Keto Bread (you can buy from here)

DAY №3:

Breakfast №3: Keto Morning Scramble (you can buy from here)

Lunch №3: LOWsagna with beef 300g (you can buy from here)

Snack №3: 1 Sweet Biscuit (you can buy from here) with a spoon of Rossi's Pure Keto Berry Jam (you can buy from here)

Dinner №3: Spinach with hemp and mushrooms 250g (you can buy here) + 1 slice Rossi's Pure Keto Bread (you can buy here)

Note: On this day №3 you may reverse the lunch and dinner, since the breakfast is quite filling. You may split the dishes in half even, and еат half of each during lunch, and the rest for dinner.

DAY №4

Breakfast №4: 40g Keto Cheese Pie (1/2 portion) (you can buy here) + 50g fresh raspberries or blueberries

Lunch №4: Pork with Cabbage 350g (you can buy here)

Snack №4: Today it is best you skip the snack. If you are really craving something sweet, you can have two spoons of Berry Jam (you can buy here) OR if you have thyroid issues stick to the two pieces of our Selenium Chocolate (you can buy here)

Dinner №4: Alfredo Chicken 300g (you can buy here)

 DAY №5

Breakfast №5: Greek Yogurt Museli with fresh rasberries (or blueberries)

Recipe: 100g Plain Greek Yogurt (like the one from Lidl), 50g raspberries or bluberries (whatever you have left from the day before); 10g chia seeds, 10g crushed walnuts; 10g Keto Syrup (you can buy here). Mix everything and enjoy!

Lunch №5: Mousakka with Beef 350g (you can buy from here)

Snack №5: 2pc Macadamia Chocolate (you can buy from here)

Dinner №5: Pork Stew 350g (you can buy here)

DAY №6:

Breakfast №6: Sweet & Soft Cookie (you can buy here) plus coffee or plain tea (YES, today you get a cookie for breakfast:)

Lunch №6: Steamed Salmon with oven-roasted vegetables (you can buy here)

Snack №6: 2 Chia Crackers with 25g cheese, or 3 crackers if dairy-free

Dinner №6: Curry Cauliflower (you can buy here) and one or two slices of the keto bread (you can buy here)

DAY №7

Breakfast №71 egg + 5g ghee butter (you can buy from here), cooked any way you like, and one slice of our Keto Bread (you can buy from here) with 5g of regular butter
