In a study from 2009, published in Biology, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, it was shown that acetic acid (the main component of ACV) in a dosage of two TEASPOONS in 500g of water led to significant weight loss in the participants over 12-week trials. Additionally, ACV lowers blood sugar, triglycerides, and cholesterol, among other benefits. Since it helps reduce triglycerides, it is also a liver-cleansing agent!
You should always dilute vinegar, or else you can burn your esophagus and damage your tooth enamel! You need to limit the amount based on your body's condition because you don't want it to flush all the electrolytes out of your body!
You can dilute ACV in a 1:2 ratio with water and use it on your face to reduce age spots or the appearance of acne spots.
Depending on your weight and activities, you should drink, but no more than two teaspoons per every 500g of water. And don't forget, there are no miracles; miracles come from discipline and patience!
The vinegar is bottled in a plastic bottle for easy transport! It is recommended to transfer it to a glass bottle upon receipt!
