MATRIX

  • 1. For females close to the base choose 1 (one) of each: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.
  • 2. For every 5kg more (ignore the height), add one Snack. i.e. have two snacks.
  • 3. For every 10kg more (ignore the height), add one more dinner, i.e. have two dinners.
  • 4. For every 15 kg more (ignore the height), add one more snack and one lunch meal.
  • 5. For every 20+ kg (ignore the height) - you can double the portions for the BASE, so you can eat two of each meal.

       RULES:

  • 1. Weigh yourself every Monday only.
  • 2. If you stop losing weight one week, skip the snack every second day. 
  • 3. Allow 4 hrs between all meals.
  • 4. Drink water!
  • 5. If your weight falls in between the MatriX listed weights, start with the option for the higher weight, and when you stop losing weight (hit a plataeu) go with the lower weight option.
  • 6. Do not stop taking your medications! Consult with your doctor before starting a diet regime and have the doctor monitor your progress.

  • 1. For MALES close to the base choose 1 (one) of each: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner + add one more lunch option at lunch, or (receommended) split it 50:50 between lunch and dinner
  • 2. For every 5kg more (ignore the height), add one Snack. i.e. have two snacks.
  • 3. For every 10kg more (ignore the height), add one more dinner, i.e. have two dinners.
  • 4. For every 15 kg more (ignore the height), add one more snack and one lunch meal.
  • 5. For every 20+ kg (ignore the height) - you can double the portions for the BASE, so you can eat two of each meal.
