Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website at www.rossispure.com (the “Site”), your purchase of products through our Site, and your use of all information, services, and/or recommendations provided to you through or on the Site.
Please carefully read the Terms detailed below. By visiting or using Rossi’s Pure and accessing the services and applications that we provide, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site, the applications, or the services we provide.
We are Keto World Ltd., a corporation that is duly organized under the laws of The United Kingdom, owner of the brand Rossi’s Pure and trading from www.rossispure.com, with office address at 10 Scafell Road, Stourbridge DY8 4UH, UK (the “Office”).
To be able to place an order with Rossi’s Pure, you need to be over 18 years of age. However, if you are under 18, you can still place an order with Rossi’s Pure but in the presence and with the involvement of a parent or a guardian.
Terms of the Sale
Registration and Membership Account
To be able to place an order, you need to register and create a user account on the Site. Submit accurate and truthful information when creating your account. You also need to keep your information current and updated by informing us of any changes.
Creating multiple user accounts is considered a misuse of the Site.
To ensure the security and privacy of your account, you will need to select a username and password. These user credentials are required to log in to your account. It is recommended that you do not share these user credentials with anyone.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account and password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you also agree to accept responsibility for all the activities that take place under your account or password.
Your order will be executed only when your user credentials have been correctly entered and only after confirming your registration using the e-mail address you have provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, as well as the personal information you have posted in your account (address, telephone number, electronic payment information, etc.).
Formation of a Contract
The details contained on this Site and the information set out in the Terms do not constitute an offer for sale. Rather, it is an invitation to make an offer. There will be no contract in respect of any Rossi’s Pure products until we have forwarded or shipped these products to the address you provided.
To submit an order, you will be required to follow the Site’s online shopping process.
After following the online shopping process to place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation. This will act as an acknowledgment of your order.
An order is only considered accepted by Rossi’s Pure once we have confirmed payment of your order and we have shipped the products to the delivery address that you provided.
A contract will relate only to Rossi’s Pure products that we have delivered to you. If your order consists of more than one Rossi’s Pure product, these may be shipped to you in separate packages and delivered at separate times.
Price and Payment Method
We will make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, details, and prices that appear on the Site are accurate. However, there may be instances when errors occur.
If we discover a certain error related to any product you have ordered, including an error in pricing, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. Moreover, in case such an error exists, we will give you the option of canceling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price.
If we are unable to reach you at your number or any contact detail you have provided, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel your order before we have forwarded or shipped the product to your delivery address and you have already paid for it, we will give you the opportunity to choose whether to receive a full refund of the amount paid by you in the form of a credit for future purchase of goods from the store or to refund the amount paid by you to a bank account, provided by you.
Prices are inclusive of VAT and are in British Pounds. All additional charges are clearly displayed and will be included in the ‘Total Amount’ of your order.
Rossi’s Pure is under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price reflected on the Site is incorrect and even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
Currently, you can pay using Paypal. You can also pay cash on delivery. Similarly, you can pay a part or the entirety of your order with your store credit or using a promotional voucher.
After authorizing the payment and by clicking the “Proceed to check out” button, you are confirming that you are the legitimate holder or owner of the payment option you are using and that it contains sufficient credit facilities or funds to cover the cost of your order and of the delivery.
Rossi’s Pure may use a third-party payment processor to link your credit, debit or prepaid cards account to the service. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms and privacy policies of your credit card issuer and the Payment Processor in addition to the User Terms.
Product Replacement Policy
Storage and packaging of orders from Rossi’s Pure take place in the company’s central warehouse. In the case of products in your orders are missing due to unforeseen lack of availability, some of these products can be replaced by our packing staff. We will do our best to choose a product that is similar in terms of quality and price. However, specific products without analog will be removed from your order.
Missing products happen because our stock system gives you a preview of all available products on our site. Products could run out of stock in our warehouse at the time you place your order online.
You will receive an email from us informing you about the changes in your order. These changes will also be reflected in your profile or account. If you pay cash on delivery, the missing products will be taken out from the final amount. For orders that are paid online, we will give you a promo code for a discount on the missing products’ value. Or, if you prefer, the amount will be refunded to your account.
Our team, however, works hard to maintain the availability of products at all times and to keep track of our inventory in order to minimize the chances of a missing product.
Return of Purchased Products
Rossi’s Pure will not process any returns after the delivery has been completed. However, if we made a mistake with regard to any item that has been delivered to you, you can contact us through e-mail at (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone at (+ 44 20 374 1556) and our support team will coordinate with you for the delivery of the correct products.
Return of products with short expiry date or with bad quality
In case you have received a product with bad quality or with a short expiry date, we will replace the product without additional costs or you can return it for a refund.
Refusal of Order
Rossi’s Pure reserves the right to withdraw any items or products from the shop at any time and remove or edit any content or materials on the Site.
We will make our best effort to process all orders from customers. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances wherein we would need to refuse to process your order even after sending you an Order Confirmation. And we reserve the right to do this at any time, at our sole discretion.
If we cancel your order after you have already paid for it, we will give you the opportunity to choose whether to receive a full refund of the amount paid by you in the form of a credit for future purchase of goods from the store or to refund the amount paid by you to a bank account, provided by you.
Moreover, we will not be liable to you or to a third party for:
a) our withdrawal of a particular product from the online shop;
b) our removal or revision of any content or material on the Site; or
c) our refusal to accept or process an order.
We will deliver your order to you at the address you have indicated in your order and within the delivery period we have indicated in the Order Confirmation.
We will make our best effort to provide and deliver all your ordered goods within our stock inventory. If in case, one of your paid products is not available, we will give you the opportunity to choose whether to receive a full refund of the amount paid by you in the form of a credit for future purchase of goods from the store or to refund the amount paid by you to a bank account, provided by you.
Upon receiving your order, you may be required to sign for the delivery. You may contact Rossi’s Pure at (+ 44 20 374 1556) or send us an e-mail to (email@example.com) in case of any defects, damage, or faults to the product upon delivery. If you do so, you will be required to provide the documents that were delivered together with the products and other order details.
It might not be possible for Rossi’s Pure to deliver orders to some locations. In such instances, we will inform you of our inability to deliver using the contact details you have provided. We will arrange for any of these two:
a) delivery of your order to an alternative delivery address that you provide, which address we could cater to; or
b) cancellation of your order.
We will deliver your order in Rossi’s Pure’s standard packaging.
All risks pertaining to the product will be passed on to you upon delivery and we will not be liable for destruction or loss of the product during this time.
If you are not available to receive your order upon delivery, we may send you an e-mail or leave you a card containing information on the re-delivery of your order.
If the delivery of your order is delayed through your own refusal to accept the delivery, we may:
a) charge you for any costs or fees we have incurred as a result of your refusal; or
b) no longer make your order available for delivery or for your collection, and as such, you will be notified of the immediate cancellation of your order and we will give you a refund of the amount you have paid for your order fewer administration charges or charges incurred in our attempt to deliver the return the products you have ordered.
In case of your refusal to accept delivery, all risks and liabilities pertaining to the product will pass to you at the date when the delivery would have taken place had it not been for your breach.
In the event that we will not be able to meet the estimated date of delivery, we will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, charges, damages, or expenses that are a result of this late delivery, except to the extent mandated by law.
Cancellation of Order by the Customer Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before you receive the Order Confirmation from us or before your order has been forwarded for delivery, please contact us at (+44 20 3734 1556) or (firstname.lastname@example.org). There are no cancellation fees applicable 4 hours before our confirmed delivery time.
Once your order has been dispatched or forwarded for delivery, it can no longer be canceled.
Rescheduling of delivery
If you want the delivery of your order rescheduled to another time, you may contact us at (+ 44 20 374 1556) or (email@example.com) 4 hours before our confirmed delivery time. We will assist you as best as we can, without any penalties.
